The Match Grant Program provides schools an opportunity to generate additional tuition assistance gifts by offering donors the incentive of having their gifts matched by the Catholic Foundation. This program benefits the school both through the financial match as well as promoting individual gifts.

This scholarship assists those families participating in The Step Up for Students program with additional costs.

These scholarships are awarded each year to students to provide tuition assistance.

Step Up For Students offers two scholarships that are based on your household’s income: the Florida Tax Credit Scholarship and the Family Empowerment Scholarship. The Florida Tax Credit Scholarship and the Family Empowerment Scholarship give families a choice of financial assistance toward private school tuition and fees. Both scholarships are based on financial need and not how well your child does in school. The application is the same for both scholarships. 

This scholarship is also available for:

• Siblings of students participating in the Family Empowerment Scholarship, including siblings of students who are eligible based on a special need.
• Dependent children of a member of the United States Armed Forces, including reservists.

The Family Empowerment Scholarship (formerly Gardiner) is different than other state scholarships in that it allows parents to personalize the education of their children with unique abilities by directing money toward a combination of programs and approved providers. These include schools, therapists, specialists, curriculum, technology – even a college savings account.

APPLY FOR FAMILY EMPOWERMENT SCHOLARSHIP

AAA Scholarship Foundation (AAA), a private non-profit 501(c) (3) organization, is an approved Scholarship Organization in the states of Alabama, Arizona, Florida, Georgia and Pennsylvania. AAA awards Private School Tax Credit Scholarships to eligible students from eligible households to help them attend an eligible private school of their choice. Application available for renewal families February 2022.
